Visited the brewery last night whilst my son had hockey practice at the Ice Works. It poured a murky fancy mustard color with white head that left some lace. The scent had bourbon and citrus peel. The taste was bourbon / alcohol with pine and citrus notes. The Mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a solid beer.
