A: Pours a deep golden color with no head/lacing; hazy w/ sediment

S: Alcohol, vanilla, honey

T: Similar to smell; well balanced, given the flavors

M: Med w/ no carbonation

Overall a very interesting beer worth trying

12 ounce bottle, Batch 121, bottled on 12/16/2016. Served in a snifter, the beer pours a dark golden/orange color with about a half inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both decent enough. The brew smells like vanilla, booze/vodka, honey, wheat and oak. Taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some general stone fruit flavors noticeable too. A little boozy and sweet, but not overpoweringly so. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit coating with low/moderate carbonation. I thought this was an enjoyable brew, worth a try if you've never had it before. $5.99 a bottle.

Visited the brewery last night whilst my son had hockey practice at the Ice Works. It poured a clear golden with no head and no lace. The scent had hints of alcohol and vanilla like sweetness. The taste had sweet roll mixed with hints of vodka. The Mouthfeel was medium in body with no carbonation. Overall it's ok....the vodka hint made it interesting.
