I'm trying this at the brewery. It poured an opaque black with ecru ring head that is not leaving any lace. The scent is vanilla and bourbon. The taste starts very heavy on bourbon....then settles into a mild chocolate sweetness. The Mouthfeel is fuller in body with subtle carbonation. Overall it's a bit over the top on bourbon....but it's quite tasty.
