Poured into a 13 oz Teku glass canned 10/21/21. Pours a hazy yellow orange with a 2 finger sticky white head that leaves thin streaks of lace. 4
Aroma peach, mango, a little alcohol, apricot, and some grapefruit rind. 3.5
Taste peach, mango, apricot, grapefruit, and again some alcohol is present. 3.5
Mouthfeel is above medium, fairly gentle carbonation, maybe a little dry, and at 10% it drinks pretty big in alcohol, but still very approachable. 4.25
Overall not amazing, but still solid Thanks jzeilinger for this can. 3.5

Had one beer from this brewery the imperial stout quite decadent. This beer does appear hazy good orange yellow with just a 1/4 inch of foam that settles to a good lace ring. Fruity rather than pine aroma's faint but upon tasting reviled quite a fruity yet stingy hop profile that covers the high octane smoothly. On the heavier side this beer drinks but very mild alcohol esters keep me going back for more.
Only got one and not bad I may have it again.

Draft at the brewery. Cloudy orange yellow. Visible lacing. Aroma is citrus, particularly orange, grapefruit, tangerine and white wine. Taste is sweet but not overpowering , all the fruit smells come through in the flavor, kind of tastes like there is orange juice in the beer. The white wine aroma really comes through in the flavor, there is also papaya and pineapple flavors in there. Medium mouthfeel with carbonation that is slightly prickly. A little sourness and a little alcohol burn on the sides of the tongue. Overall: A very creative brew. They used Galaxy and Vic Secret hops and no fruit. But the fruit flavor is massive. It’s possible that the intense fruitiness is related to drinking it fresh at the brewery. It’s also possible that it’s not so if you ever in Columbus Oh. Zaftig Brewing is definitely worth a visit.

Decanted from bottle brewed 8/31/18 to Sam Adams glass on 9/22/18. Bottle had lots of sediment. Cloudy straw with a full white head. Pleanty of lacing. Smells right but a little weak. Nice flavor, not overpowering but NE correct. Can’t detect alcohol, well ballanced. Full mouthfeel but not heavy. Zaftig says every batch will have different hops, but I like this one.
