I am trying this beer off the tapper at The brewery as part of a five sample flight. It poured a clear golden with thin white head that is leaving some nice lace. The scent had grain and faint cracker notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with cracker presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.

Look: Clear golden with 2 finger foamy head that dissipates to a few puddles of bubbles. Visible carbonation with bubbles rising at medium speed.
Aroma: Bready malt with lemongrass.
Taste: Mostly bitter in an old European way.
Flavor: It got the banana and clove notes, so I don’t know if they were shooting for Belgian or American Blonde Ale. It tastes like a cross between the two to me.
Feel: Medium mouthfeel, soft carbonation.
Overall: I like it more the more I drink it. I’d buy it again. I’d get it when I next visit the brewery. This is good beer. Nice mix of old world and new.
