Ol' Rugger - Orange Vanilla

12 ounce bottle, 2020 vintage purchased at the brewery release party on November 7th. Served in a Zaftig snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with maybe a quarter inch tan head that fizzled away quickly. Not much lacing. I like the aroma a lot, the brew smells like orange, vanilla, bourbon, tobacco, roasted malt, chocolate and oak. Taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some molasses, earthy and coffee flavors noticeable too. Good amount of orange and vanilla in both the aroma and taste. Tastes like a boozy chocolate orange! Mouthfeel/body is full, it's syrupy, creamy and coating with a low/moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this brew a lot, probably my favorite of the Ol' Rugger variants I've tried so far. Definitely worth trying if you get a chance to!
