On tap at the brewery taproom in Sept. 2015. A "BA honey rye ale" at 11% ABV. {A blend from Heaven Hill and Four Roses barrels}.
Deep orange-copper body with a semi-durable head. Lots of fine-grained visible carbonation.
Aroma: a load of bourbon notes; high quality bourbon notes, with some wood and faint spices.
The flavor is also dominated by the bourbon barrel treatment.
Feel: medium-full body with mild heat from the alcohol.
