Didn't review properly while drinking, so here's some quick impressions that stuck with me.
22oz waxed bottle purchased at Rocket Market in Spokane.

Good looking beer, nice, lacey head.

Hoppy in the nose

Hop forward, but with a bigger malt backbone than I prefer.

Good carbonation and mouthfeel.

Too malty for a IIPA, seemed more like those I've had from the Midwest.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a medium to dark coppery amber with a half finger white head that dissipates to a thin cap with light lacing; nice rich color. Aroma of caramel and light biscuit malt, black tea, dank and citrus hops, quite malty. Flavor is dry biscuit malt with only a hint of caramel, dank and piney hops with light citrus, black tea, a little earthiness. Finishes with dry biscuit malt with a little toastiness, resinous piney hops, respectable alpha oil presence. Medium bodied with light creaminess, good mouth feel. A very malty bodied IPA with that interesting earthy tea flavor and a good, long lingering hop finish. There is not much herbal brightness to the hops, but the variety of flavor is good, with a lot of pine, which I like. The malt is deep, somewhat dark and is almost reminiscent of a lighter roasted Cascadian Dark Ale with some old ale notes. I'm a fan of both, so that made this even more appealing. Somewhat idiosyncratic and quite a bit maltier than its NW counterparts, I was won over by its rich malt and solid, high bitterness hops. Offbeat and flavorful. I guess this is a one-off, but I'd get it again if it were offered.
