A: Pours a dark brown with a slightly reddish edge under a half-inch thick bone white head which fades to the rim leaving spotty lace.
N: Cocoa, maple, earthy/rustic, faint dark fruits and nutty.
T: Raspberries dipped in chocolate floating drizzled with not too sweet maple syrup.
M: Moderate body and cask carbed. Mapley raspberries and mellow chocolate finish like a mellow moose.
O: Nice variant.
