Poured mostly black with dark brown edges and a small mocha head. Aromas and flavors have mint but it isn't pepperminty or too sharp; its a soft subtle mint like in a mojito. Very refreshing. Also tons and tons of chocolate flavor. The base frantic beer matches perfectly. It's a delicious cask and I highly recommend it.
