Pours a beautiful golden yellow with tons of lacing on the glass. Smell is intensely fruity, tropical, and citrusy. Flavored are much the same with some earthy hops and slight malt backbone to balance. Overall a very good DIPA.

On tap at Institution Ale Company in Camarillo, CA.
Pours a clear golden-orange with a foamy bone head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Thick swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of citrus fruit, citrus zest, and tropical fruit aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus zest, grapefruit juice, and earth flavors on the finish. There is a medium amount of hop bitterness and an alcohol kick on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty but fairly boozy to me.
Serving type: on tap.
