Had on cask at institution.
Poured a murky brown color with a small khaki head which dissipated quickly. Aromas and flavors of...Samoa Girl Scout cookies: coconut, caramel, cookie crust, and the wonderful nuttiness and sweet maple flavor of the original Restraint. A really good beer that lived up to its name.
