A well balanced “proper pint”; a slight lingering bitterness; complex, but lighter malt body with notes of honey and biscuit; intended for more of a “sessionable experience” – gravity: 12.3°P / IBU: 35 / ABV: 5%

Draft at brewpub. Medium amber body, thin layer of foam head. Toasted malts in both the aroma and taste, caramel, nutty, light bitterness. Right on target.
