I had this beer on-tap in a pub glass at the La Quinta taproom in Palm Springs.
Appearance: lightish golden hue with a mostly clear body and a finger of ivory foam atop leaving a gentle lacing on the glass.
Smell: a little bit of malt with a really earthy, dry, herbal hop character. It's not BAD, just ... maybe not my jam.
Taste: toasty and kinda dry at first, but there's definitely a lingering sweetness there. Hops are earthy and grassy ... I wasn't super into it at first but it's growing on me!
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: I ... kinda sorta like this beer. Like, at first it's rather rough around the edges, but it has definitely grown on me in the course of a pint.
