Pours a cloudy, light golden, straw coloration with a large, foamy head and visible carbonation. Smell is quite citrus-forward, with some light crackery malts and and hints of grass and straw as well. Taste follows the nose, with a good balance of crackery, biscuity malt, slightly floral, grassy, citrus hops and light yeast esters, with notes of lime peel, gooseberry, grass, straw and just a hint of green apple and skins and peppery spice. Finishes rather dry, with a light bitterness and acidity and some citrus and light estery notes lingering in the aftertaste. Fluffy, effervescent mouthfeel with a light/medium mouthfeel and strong carbonation.

Not especially complex or full-bodied, but well-balanced, easy-drinking and refreshing, while still maintaining a good depth of flavor and really impressive body/mouthfeel for the ABV. I guess that's what a Grisette is really all about, really nice example of the style.

I still don't know if a Saison/Grissette is supposed to be sour or not.
This is certainly on the sour side of things, though light when compared to Lambics.
I found this really refreshing and fitting as a Spring /Summer Beer.
The mouthfeel, of course, suffers a bit with 3.0% Alc.
