Poured on-tap and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a hazy, orange-copper coloring with a foamy, clingy, off-white head. Nose of a subtle citrus blend, some tropical fruit, floral hops, and a light caramel backbone. Flavors are very citrus forward, with grapefruit and lemon zest, followed-by cedar and grassy notes, some pepper spice, and a smooth bready backbone. Body is light and effervesced. Tangy sweet, tropical fruit aftertaste, with a resinous bitter character, as well. Bitter, green, resinous linger on a dry, clean finish. Tasty brew.
