Lager aged in Oak Foeder, blended with their house-made rice wine & lees. Clean, crisp but ends with an acidic funk.

I had this on draft 9/12/24 @ the Hopleaf.
Cloudy dull orange/yellow appearance.
Small white head; a thick curtain of tree-rung lacing remained.
Wood, fresh rice & faint green lemon notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Lime, lemon, wood & faint funk flavors.
This smelled great and tasted...pretty good.
