On tap at Alice’s Restaurant (Woodside, CA), served in a shaker pint. Clear golden yellow with a modest froth of white foam. Aromas of citrus zest, pine needles and biscuit malt. Flavor follows with more pine, yellow citrus and a crisp; dry bitter close. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Nicely drinkable West Coast IPA.

There are tastier, and there are danker, but I don't know anything this tasty that's this dank. Pours a beautiful (almost vivid) amber, generous head that settles down quickly. Subtle aroma, maybe a little yeasty? Wonderfully hoppy bite that lingers in a very pleasant way. A fantastic West Coast IPA and you're living large if this is your daily drinker. Were I closer to HMB, it certainly would be for me. Might seem a little spendy in a retail store but very worth a try.

Thanks to Devils Slide Taproom for hooking me up with this swell dank brew under their takeout program. It's cloudy and smooth and very dank but not so strong that it kicks your ass. Another solid offering from our friends in El Grenada.
