Cola brown appearance.
Medium carbonation that dissipates quickly with close to medium body.
Aroma is roasted malt, very mild black coffee, milk chocolate but the strongest is spice.
Taste is almost dry, bakers chocolate with a little milk chocolate and coffee with roasted malt.

Final of the three beers that I tried today from this new brewery....the appearance is nearly black, with a little ruby that shines through if held to a strong light. The smell is of roasted malt...coffee and chocolate are notable...some nutty scents as well. The scent is spot-on for a porter, although it isn't a strong smell. The flavor is full and bitter, with lots of highly roasted tastes. Creamy and hefty body. Nice beer.
