Very dark murky brownish mohagany appearance
Just below average carbonation with a slightly above average body.
Aroma isn't overpowering but theres oak, malty, prune, boozy and I have to agree with another reviewer something like coconut
Taste is bourbon, wood, almost dry with dark fruit.
Avery interesting well done beer

I loved this beer. The barrel aging added a slight bourbon touch, and more prominently an oak flavor that was almost coconut. The beer itself didn't taste like white oak jai alai, but that oak and coconut flavor was damn near identically to the white oaks finish. Yum.
