Pours a fairly clear amber with low head.
Smell is tart and funky with notes of peach, citrus, apricot and some yeast and white pepper.
Taste is tart, funky and a bit peppery. Notes of citrus, peach, lemon peel, oak, vanilla and white wine with a nice bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, but undercarbonated.
Overall, a very nice, strong saison, just not quite effervescent enough for me.
