August 2019: 375 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.5%. Slightly hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma of apples and apple peel, hints of oak and white wine. Dry and crisp flavour, notes of brut champagne, oak and apples. Good and interesting beer.
