Pint can 1-09-2018 opened on 1/28/18 A new can with a crazy cat. 6.3 % abv.
Azacca and Summit hops. Pilsne malt, 2-row, flaked oats, Saco river water and yeast. Tropical/spicy/bright Crushable.
Only a very slight haze to an otherwise bright golden liquid. A solid, tight, sea foamy, crystal white foam top becomes clumpy and rocky as it slowwwly recedes. Intricate lacing. The actual white froth coverage never actually fully recedes! A gull inch of cover throughout the life of this beer. Sick lacing in big clumps.
A musty, green veggie, herbal and spicy pils malt and yeast aroma is most impressive. Flaked oats bring a hearty scent, sour-bready malt with spice rack combo and old earthy herbals. Green veggies and sour bread smell makes for a classic but bold aroma. The hops bring in subtle fruity and earthy notes in abundance.
The flavor profile is big with malty goodness, light, crisp and very clean tones of golden wheat and oats, sour bread, green garden veggies, freshly picked herbs and Grandma's spice rack style combo. Very light but bright pils and 2-row malt brings lots of excellent crispy body, fresh and zippy effects and plenty of malty flavor's. The pils or lager yeadt gives off the classic, sour and funky herbal side with the two hops bringing more dry/leafy earth tones of dried straw and spice.
Folks, this is a high quality lager with a large enough hop profile to bring it to a higher level. A grand IPL.

Poured into a pilsener glass, the appearance was a semi-cloudy subtle golden to yellow color with a two finger’s worth of white foamy head. Couple rings of sticky foamy lace against the glass, looked real nice. The aroma had bitter and sweet citrusy to grassy hops flowing over a nice cracker sweet malty base. The flavor blended the previously mentioned aromas together nicely. Adequate bitter hoppiness hits the spot in the aftertaste to move sweet and bitter on into the finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation. ABV felt as intended by the brewer. Overall, very nice India pale lager that I would have again. Woulnd’t mind doing a side by side with Von Trapp’s or Jack’s Abby.

Huge, 2/3 of the glass head. It settles leaving a large frothy dome. Lots of lumpy spots on the glass. The liquid has a green hue with solid whitish cloud. It looks almost like a creamsicle.
Light malt aroma with a black pepper smell from the hop and a touch of grapefruit. Attractive.
The taste is similar to the smell except that there is a strong yeast bite in the swallow. The aftertaste is a straight up bitterness. Decent body with ample carbonation.

16 oz. can
Pours cloudy hazy straw gold with a creamy frothy white foam head. Smells like biscuity bready honey malts, sweet zesty citrus, some lemon, orange, grapefruit, mild tobacco, tea, with spicy earthy herbal grass and floral resinous pine. Tastes like biscuity bready honey malts, zesty citrus, lemon, orange, grapefruit, mild tobacco, tea, with spicy earthy herbal grass and floral resinous pine. Feels medium-light bodied, creamy with moderate carbonation. Overall a nice hoppy light lager.

On-tap 12/4/2016 at Natty Greene’s Tavern in North Attleboro, MA, served in an imperial pint glass.
A: The beer is a deep gold color, with a large off-white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.
S: The aroma is faint but contains lager yeast, caramelized malts, some hops and some citrus.
T: The taste starts out bready with flavors of lager yeast and a hearty malt character. Then some very mildly sweet flavors of caramel and citrus come in. The hops presence is decent for the style and brings some balance. The after-taste is slightly bready.
M: Crisp and smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, decent kick, good representation of style, this is a decent beer to drink for a while.
