Poured a clear golden body with light head and an aroma that was lightly fruity with touches of sweetness (candi sugar?). Light, crisp body that passes over real smooth thanks to some lively yeast and also has a pils like malt graininess and dryness. Balanced with minor sweet fruit notes of apple or pear, maybe tropical (pineapple is my choice) and finishes crisp and spicy. Not a bad saison and worth trying.
