The aroma offers grainy malt, earthy Brett, pineapple. Hint of candied sweetness. Floral. Melon.
The flavor follows with earthy, dirty water/funk Brett character. Pear and apple. Juicy pear. Light crackery and grainy malt character. Apricot, dry lingering Brett. Medium minus body. A light supple quality before the dry finish.
