A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin film of bubbles covering the surface and a wide collar consisting of medium-sized bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of tropical fruits are present in the nose—papayas seem to stand out in particular.
T: The taste follows the smell and has lots of flavors of papayas along with hints of mangos. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and rather "juicy" on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is a good representation of a New England-style IPA and has lots of aromas and flavors of tropical fruits with no bitterness.
