We brewed this saison with traditional Belgian pilsner malt and heaps of spelt and wheat. We added a touch of coriander and chamomile in the kettle and then hopped this one with Czech Saaz and Huell Melon throughout. Notes of bubblegum and banana are followed by subtle whiffs of cracked white pepper and pear. Bright, effervescent, and zesty.

Look: Blond colored, a little bit hazy. Foam was present but dissipated quickly.
Smell: Wildflowers and fresh hay, lavender and chamomile.
Taste: The lavender is still there in the taste, along with wildflowers, yeast and some alcohol.
Feel: Medium carbonation, not too thick or syrupy.
Overall: A good saison, this one is supposedly dry hopped.
