Our latest saison was brewed with traditional malts and fermented with a famous French yeast. We chose a combo of Hallertau Blanc and EKG hops to compliment this beer's unique character. Notes of strawberry and Juicyfruit gum are up front, followed by sublte pepper and spice. Spritzy, dry, and immensely satisfying. We'll worry about all that student loan debt another day!
