Listed as a rotating offer at the Beer Bistro. The Juicy O'Callahan was served in a shaker.
The beer is a chill hazed rusty red color with just a quickly disappearing head and bits of lace.
It has an aroma of cereal and crackers and something a bit sour.
Taste starts with some caramel malts and something harsh almost metallic and solvent like. The harshness fades a bit and is replaced by some sourness, which also is jarring. I know this bar takes care of their lines and barware so not sure what is going on with this beer.
The mouth is medium with very little carbonation.
This beer needs some dialing in.
