We stopped here to try the beers and to have lunch. The brewery is located in a strip mall setting with parking available at the front. An L-shaped bar to the right has seating for about 12 and the rest of the space is tables and chairs, although a small section at the rear had a few electronic games or slots. A section of the wall has been removed to the adjacent storefront of the building, and it contains the brewing equipment. The vibe of the place was good, and we were the first customers of the day so service was excellent.
We ordered a sampler flight so that we could try enough beers to try to arrive at an overall evaluation. There are 24 taps but only 16 beers were available plus a cider and a seltzer. (The beer list may have some beers that are in cans so a sampler is not available if one of these is your choice.) We selected four beers and found them to all be brewed well in excess of style definitions. There was a nice variety of beers on the beer list.
Our food was very good, so we can recommend this as a place for a meal based on two lunch selections. There is a full bar for cocktails, and wines are also available. Beers are available in cans to go, as well as crowlers being offered if a beers is not available in cans. This place is well worth a visit for beer and food enjoyment.

Nice place in a strip mall. They put on an annual summer fest with a decent list of breweries

Coming here on a sunny Saturday afternoon, we found 350 Brewing to be moderately busy, with a steady stream of people coming & going. There was one bartender, one person handling the tables, and what looked like 2 people in the kitchen. The ambiance as well as the blaring music were very punk rock/alternative. It's not exactly my style but I can appreciate their attempt to distinguish themselves with a theme.
My wife & I tried two beers apiece. They were all solid although I noticed the bartender pouring my first beer from a can. It would have been nice to know beforehand that it was not available on draught--I may have ordered something different. This was a minor issue though. Our big issue was the server, who was kind of a jerk and apparently in love with the sound of his own voice. Not only that, but he forgot to put our sandwich order in. Eventually I had to walk up to the corner of the bar where he was eating his lunch and chatting with other patrons and ask what happened to it. He did apologize and comp our beers but by then we'd had enough. We paid our check for the appetizer we ordered when we first got there and left.
We may give 350 Brewing another try some day on virtue of the quality of their beer...but it won't be our first choice.

Located in a strip mall but easy to find. Nice, if small, taproom has seats/stools for about 40 and standing room for maybe another 20 or so thirsty people.
They have a good range of styles available. I had a cream ale, an IPA, and an apa. Quality stuff. The brewery is on just the other side of the bar/kitchen and parts are viewable from part of the taproom.
The food is awesome. High volume/energy music. Servers are very good, knowledgable, and willing to educate.

Went there with my in-laws and kids on Monday, 2016-05-09, on our way back from visiting Three Floyds.
Crook IPA was fine (but I was coming down off Zombie Dust, Quaantos, and Cimmerian Sabertooth Berserker). My mother in law had some kind of porter, which seemed better.
Vibe was nice -- very punk rock, but not too loud. The server (maybe owner?) was friendly. Service was good. I'd go back again. We didn't try any food, though. Their selection looked OK, except that almost half of it was crossed out.

A must try if you are near Tinley. Worth a drive of up to 42 minutes for those outside of the area. Beer is very good and service is great.

First time here after stopping at Tribes down the road.
Vibe- Concrete floors, bar, and a metal ceiling with a room full of people equals loud. A decent amount of seating with some metal music barely heard in the background.
Quality- Glasses are clean, beer looks and tastes fresh.
Service- Plenty of staff, very attentive.
Selection- Nice assortment of styles. There were 13 on tap the day I was here. Something for everyone.

Small nano brewery in Tinley Park Outside Chicago. Just off of I 80.
It is in a small strip mall close to shopping and a nice Amphitheater. Beer selection is great has 10 on draft. Recently added another 10 taps awaiting new beers. Nice size bar with about 20 seats 3 round top tables 6 square high tables with 4 stools each and 2 booth.
Food: only 6 items as they concentrate on Beer but what they have is very good. I had the Pot roast sliders On a croissant with chips and a side of Mac salad it was very tasty.
If you want a large selection it's not here but if you like great beer and se good bar food to fill you up you can't go wrong with 350.
I found this place by accident as of this post they were open 9 months. Glad I did easy drive from any hotel in the area.
Owner and staff were great and really like making beer.
I would defiantly come again. Oh I did 2 x in 3 days

Not wild about anything they have. It's all decent, nothing exceptional. Guys that own it and workers are awesome.
Updated: upping the selection category and quality. They appear to have upped the quality and the number of offerings.
Their porter offerings (outside of the blueberry one) are good.

350 brewing is a small but fully functional establishment. Food is excellent, the beer is better. And if you don't like the staff then you don't belong here.

Beer is ok but unimpressive overall. Better atmosphere and ambience than Hailstorm but if you want better beer go to Hailstorm any day of the week. Reminds me of a FFF wannabe with the heavy metal music and background vibe but without the ability to produce world-class beer....yet

Owner/brewer very friendly. Good menu of 8 beer on tap with a few extra for room to grow. Good basic food menu with good bar food. Strong beers in each of the beers tried. No real weak link.
