Nice nose and flavor profile; the beer tastes just like it smells. Roasty malts, mild bitterness, slightly earthy, and mild sweet chocolate note. Medium bodied beer with low carbonation. This porter is just like the amber ale brewed at generations, it is pretty close to being flat. A creamy body with moderate carbonation levels would take this brew to new levels of awesome.
