L: hazy amber body capped by a towering ivory head
S: interesting aroma: pineapple, earthy pine, herbal, peach, caramelized grain, odd bubble gum scent
T: bitter pine, grapefruit zest & pith, overripe pineapple, peach, Chardonnay, light caramel, more of that bubble gum
F: resinous & astringent medium body, ample carbonation, pungently bitter and very dry finish with pine and grapefruit lingering
O: interesting and unique, which is to be expected from any experimental beer
