I had this cask ale on a trip to Scotland last year at the Moulin Pub. Although it's a "winter warmer" I would classify it as a classic Scotch Ale with a richer and deeper body. It's similar to the Ale of Atholl but a little stronger and slightly darker. It's a rich, fantastic brew.
The Moulin Pub (which is next to the 318 year old Moulin Inn) is quaint and serves all four beers from the Moulin Brewery.
