On tap at Victor Brewery in Victor, NY.
Pours a clear golden amber color. 1 inch head, not much lacing.
Aromas include Belgian yeast, caramel, and cloves.
The taste is pretty similar- good candied Belgian sweetness, with some caramel and clove flavors. Not much hop presence here- expected with the 18 IBUs.
Medium bodied, slightly watery in certain sips. Low carbonation.
Probably the best of the bunch at this new brewery of about 2 months. They have potential.
