On tap at the brewery. A cream ale single hopped with Apollo hops.
Pours a golden yellow, with some haze. One inch head, good lacing.
Smells include light grapefruit and some fresh cut grass.
Tastes pretty sweet up front, with the aforementioned grapefruit and grass. A small amount of caramel sweetness.
Very drinkable, goes down very easy. Crisp mouthfeel, light bodied, well carbonated.
One of the better cream ales I have had- though I have not had many.
