On tap at the brewery.
Pours a dark red color, with a 1 inch head that faded quickly. Not much lacing.
Smells pretty malty, with some caramel present.
The taste is similar. Lots of malt sweetness, not a lot of hop flavor. Caramel and toffee here, with some mild smokiness.
Light to medium bodied, sweet finish, crisp mouthfeel, well carbonated.
Very drinkable offering. Not terribly interesting or complex, but well-crafted enough.
