Clear, yellow color. Big, fizzy head. Malt, hay, and light citrus notes in the aroma. Clean and crisp taste with a nice bitterness and a malty backbone.

Appearance - Pours a clear straw gold with three fingers of bubbly white head.
Smell - noble hops, lemon, grassy and hay aromas, biscuity and grainy malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - noble hops upfront followed quickly into the lemon, grassy and hay notes. The biscuity and grainy malts come through next and the brew is rounded out by the earthy yeast.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes crisp and with the light hops and malts and lemon lingering.
Overall - A very easy drinker that is sure to please everyone. This is my first offering from this brewery and is quite sessionable. Worth a try for those warm summer days.

A: The beer is relatively clear light yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that left a small patch of bubbles o the surface, a narrow collar around the edge of the glass, and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of sweet malts are present in the nose along with hints of grainy malts.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste is a bit sweet and has hints of lemon citrus along with faint bits of grainy and bready malts.
M: It feels light-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is an easy drinking lager but doesn't feel like the mouthfeel is watered down.

Just below average body with way too much carbonation. The carbonation does fade very quickly leaving it with a slightly thin feel .
Aroma is crust, bread, malt, citrus peel, mild sugary sweet
Taste is mildly sweet with an even milder hop bite. Citrus dominates with some sugary malt on the finish
It's not perfect but it was actually very enjoyable. Would go great with a lot of different food as well as a few just on it's own.
Would look for this again, have had several things from this brewery and they are usually at the least very decent and worth a try

Pours a pale yellow straw color with a moderately large creamy head. Good head retention with some frothy lacing.
The aroma first reveals a sweet and bready malt. This is followed by lemony hops aromas complimented by occasional herbal notes.
As with the aroma, the taste first yields a soft, delicately sweet and round bready malt flavor. It plays off well against a bright and well hopped lemon flavors. Nice moderately spicy middle palate with a grassy finish. The bitterness is low and clean.
Light bodied, crisp and very refreshing. Despite its crispness, the malt offers a velvety smoothness that contrasts nicely. The moderate carbonation has a lively feel.
Extremely easy to drink Lager that, in my opinion, deserves higher ratings.

A drinkable beer, but completely off style. I had a draft at City Swiggers in NYC. It was cloudy, the flavor profile was too muddy to be a German style pilsner. Phenolics were too high, as well. Drinkable, but off style.
