Ruby and tart, with a balanced acidity, and filled with cherry pie flavor. This brews blush is brought forth by Balaton cherry juice. Juicy cherry reverberates off a light lactic kettle sour character, and a crust inspired malt character that flakes towards toast, and bruleed sugar.

On tap at Fatcuz in Örebro.
Pours a dark wine red, with low, pink foam.
Smell is sweet and tart with notes of cherry and vanilla.
Taste tart, but a bit malty with a hint of sweetness. Notes of cherries, raspberry, red wine and a hint of oak. Fairly dry.
Mouthfeel is medium, dry and well carbonated.
Overall, a nice sour, sort of like a more mellow Rodenbach.
