This one is like a partially polished gold brick, plenty bright but thick-looking as well. It develops a nearly white head that's tall and creamy. This thick head rests atop the beer with a slow fading away, never completely, and good lacing is deposited on my glass(es).
This one has all the elements one looks for in the style; it's a blend of brightness, gentle spiciness, Belgian yeast notes that are both sweet and musty (but not overpowering for those who don't like them), just a touch of hops for balancing bitterness, and a bit of pale malts (possible pilsner?). It's one of the best according to style that I've experienced from Eastwood, and would actually benefit from a little more yeast and a tiny bit more hops, though it would be close to getting carried away.
The body is a good medium one, at once both bright and fairly full at that. It's foamy without being too spritzy or effervescent, nicely crisp, and has a good smoothness riding into the finish to boot.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
