12/22/15 at the brewery
This one is fairly dark, as it claims, a deep orange-brown color that is only translucent because of its darkness. The head is a bubbly tan one about one quarter of a finger in height, but it holds up, and it throws some sticky lace to the glass.
This one shows off a sort of juiciness, lots of citrus character in particular, which is obviously unsurprising. It's this character that makes up most of this beer's bouquet and flavor, even as the dry wheat comes in. There's a hint of some sort of spiciness, perhaps from hops themselves. It leads with a touch of earth into a well-rounded end. The main issue with this beer is that it falls off at the end of each sip to a degree, and the aroma loses a touch (not a lot) with a little bit of time.
This beer leans both sweet and dry with the juiciness and the wheat, seeming to rest almost directly in the middle. It holds a good body with fluffy carbonation and pretty good smoothness. It does lighten as it moves into the finish.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
