Clear amber with a modest amount of head; smooth lacing. Interesting smell for a saison, with honey and caramel and boiled corn being present, only a feint funkiness in the nose hints to a saison yeast. The taste follows through, making this more like a hopped barley wine, for me. Sweet notes of red grapes, figs, prunes and honey on top of a bitter body. It gets more complex at around 6-10C.

Een heel lekker biertje waar je de graan proeft van de graan en de tripel het zuurtje geeft aan deze saison.
