Made in the classic style that originated in the area of Europe now called the Czech Republic. The Declaration Brewing Pils is snappy and spicy from a traditional hopping schedule and has a light toasted richness from the grain. This is a great lager to quench a thirsty palate.

12 oz. Can

Poured into a DFH glass a nice slightly hazy pale yellow color, pretty nice carbonation, with a nice thick/creamy one-finger white head, which leaves some sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, hoppy, with some citrus. The taste is malty, hoppy, citrusy, nice little sweetness. Medium body, ABV is hidden nicely. Overall, a tasty brew, a nice thirst quencher.
