This was a very good beer it was very flavorful.
Pale golden yellow with no head.
Smell was sweet malty and yeasty.
Taste was very good. Semi dry/semi sweet. It has a good yeasty malty base with subtle yet assertive jalapeno kick at the end. Perfectly balanced in my opinion.
drinks smooth and refreshing.
I'd think a roasted jalapeno with a smokey kick would be awesome for a fall beer when eveybody wants pumpkin. Hello out there.
