Interesting take on a classic saison. Didn't quite get the sage and creosote that the brewery advertises, but it is definitely a "light, farmhouse-style beer" (as per the website description). Lots of fruity esters (i.e. banana, grapefruit, etc.) and Belgian yeast flavors. If you like saisons, give it a try. $9.00, for a 25.4 ounce bottle, at local pricing (Tucson).
