Look: Opaque yellow with a frothy white head that ends as a lid, leaving nice lacing behind
Aroma: White grapefruit, navel orange, pine, fir needles, freshly baked bread, hop cones, and tangerines
Taste: Starts off with a nice conifer-heavy punch that includes crushed pine needles, fir needles, and pine sap that hold for a moment before citrus joins in. Pithy grapefruit and orange are the leaders here and intermingle along with a nice malt base through the middle before closing with a nice bite
Mouthfeel: Full, lightly slick, medium-high carbonation, and moderately dry on the finish
Overall: This is tasty indeed. A nice WCIPA with a good combo of citrus and conifer throughout and in good balance. One of my go-to’s from these folks and definitely recommended
