Look: Rich amber and clear with an off-white head that eventually lingers as a lid and leaving good lacing behind
Aroma: Freshly baked bread, caramel, some toffee, earthy notes, and light fruity esters
Taste: Opens with a rich, bready malt note that lingers and even adds a light raw dough dimension along with earthiness. Caramel, bread, toffee, and earthy hops go back and forth through to the close
Mouthfeel: Full, smooth, clean, medium-high carbonation, and soft on the finish
Overall: Tasty stuff. A well-made Amber ale that brings good depth to the table and an expected and nice smooth, clean, and malt-forward beer overall. A good beer to start off with after work
