his is a great hazy brew made in Salem Oregon at the Brewery and restaurant which also serves excellent food especially their pizza. This beer is not sold anywhere outside of the restaurant. The inside of the restaurant is decorated with electrical meters and fuse pannels from work the electrician’s obtained from their work. The beer is a light-yellow color, produces a good size head and is not really cloudy like most hazy beers. Your first sip shows a very pronounced fruit smell and a taste of pineapple and melon rind with low tannin and not the too common sweet taste of many hazy beer. This is a well-balanced well-made brew that I highly recommend.
