This beer is only available at the brewery /restaurant in Salem. The beer has the citrus flavors of pineapple and melon and as you drink plum begins to shows. The brew its has a unique flavor and all of them wonderful. The hops used are Elderado, Citra and Mosaic. The use of the rare Elderado add a great new flavor to the brew. It is amazing what this small brewery owned by some electrical contractors can do. It is very good beer and I recommend it fully.
