The Wicked Double IPA is a sinfully delicious treat is crafted with a Maris Otter base with rounding notes from Victory Malt. An English import, the American grown Northern Brewer first-wort hopping and the Warrior hops form a round, earthy bitterness, while Palisades, Falconer’s Flight and Cascade used for aroma and flavor provide hints of citrus groves abutting the great redwood forests. This powerful statement of cross-continental pleasure is finished off with Ahtanum dry hopping. Truly a Double IPA brewed for enjoyment of all that is the Pacific Coast.
