Snifter pour from the tap at the brewery as well as later on from my growler.
Pours dark brown, nice lacey head that slowly melts into the beer. Smells of caramely maltiness and strong coffee (great with a warm gingerbread cookie). Mild carbonation, which makes this beer a bit too easy to drink, and drink a lot of. Its rich, and the sweetness of the malty brown ale and burnt sugar taste blend nicely with the acidic taste of the coffee. Gets even better when allowed to warm to room temperature as the coffee notes get richer. Wished they'd can this one.
